Shoes News

These shoes were discontinued four years ago.

Today I found them in my size on ebay.

I check online periodically and, of course, there is nary a ruby dansko mary jane to be found. I had nearly given up when there they were! I am one happy wife.

This little story is to remind you that persistence pays off, prayers are most often answered, and ebay is not to be mocked.

Ryan liked the shoes (I thought I better get his blessing before I dropped all of our savings on them) and described them as punk-rock-Dorothy-high-society-hippie. That's how I know he has been hanging out with me a lot. Perhaps one of these days he will start to rub off on me and I will begin singing songs in the shower with nonsensical lyrics to the tune of "How will I live?" by LeAnn Rimes. I sure hope so.

I love hearing about a 'dream come true' nothing better than finding your perfect red shoe. I too am an Ebay advocate.

Congratulations. I'm sure this is a great accomplishment, and since you don't have kids, you don't have to feel guilty about spending their college funds, right?

I wandered over here and giggled at finding a pair of shoes on eBay. I've stalked eBay just waiting for a long lost pair to appear.
